Talent Continuum offers full life cycle recruitment services with a focus on finance, business intelligence and HR professional. Our standard fee is 25% of hire’s first year base salary.

SAP BASIS Administrator – VirtuStream:

Overview:
The ideal candidate will have 10 years or more working hands on in a structured Software Development environment, with experience in requirements gathering, writing test plans and test strategy documents, and creating/executing automated functional test cases.  A minimum of 5 years experience in a QA Team Lead, QA Manager, or related consulting role is also required.  Must be a quick learner with excellent communication and presentation skills

Technical Requirements (minimum of 5 years experience in each area)

  • HP/Mercury Quality Center 9.x or higher:
    • Strong Test Case design
    • Creating and executing Test Sets
    • Running test reports and analyzing results
    • High level QC Administrator experience a plus
  • HP/Mercury QuickTest Pro (QTP) 9.x or higher:
    • Strong scripting skills and use of function libraries
    • Data-driven experience
    • VBScript programming
  • Creating and maintaining Test Data (process & environments)
  • Experience with Feasibility Analysis of manual test cases
  • Experience with creating and using Automation Frameworks
  • Intermediate knowledge of writing SQL queries
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SmartPhones , PDAs, or other Mobile devices (personal use)
  • Basic SharePoint use, including version control
  • Basic understanding of Networking and configuration management (related to the build process)
  • Basic understanding of WindowsXP/Vista/Windows7

Responsibilities (5+ years of related experience required):

  • Support the Sales team by attending joint sales calls with existing or prospective clients
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and/or live demonstrations of our Testing Services to clients
  • Qualify prospects and identify opportunities to position Pyramid's QA Testing Services
  • Assist the Sales team with assembling client proposals and Statement of Work contracts
  • Execute a feasibility analysis for automation or deliver a Proof of Concept for prospects that:
    • Assess client's current state and provide problem statement
    • Provide a set of objectives to solve the problem(s)
    • Define the technical solution and lead the implementation of it
    • Define and track KPIs or other key metrics to monitor progress and prove the concept
    • Deliver a presentation at the end of the POC with the results and recommendations
  • Provide limited direction/support for smaller test assignments to Staff Automation Engineers
  • Contribute to the global QA Center of Excellence, best practices documentation
  • Contribute to web site content, whitepapers, and other marketing material
  • Participate in professional organization meetings and other networking events

Optional requirements:
Experience in the following areas is helpful, but not required:

  • Testing of any Windows Mobile, iPhone, or BlackBerry applications
  • HP/Mercury QC or QTP certifications

QA Manager – Atlanta, GA:

Position Summary
Performs system installation, user administration, system access management, performance monitoring and upgrades; applies system patches.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Manage the Basis layer across multiple SAP applications (ERP, BI, PI, EP,CRM)
2. Provide hands-on Basis production support
3. Handle performance tuning
4. Perform client copies and database migration
5. Perform backup and recovery procedures
6. Handle SAP security issues: maintenance (IDs; roles & profiles) & audit compliance/user licensing
7. Handle Global language configuration
8. Maintain JAVA and ABAP system types
9. Provide project support
10. Provide maintenance support including support packs, notes, problem diagnosis and resolution

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.

This position is primarily sedentary and is performed in an office setting. QA/Quality Assurance Manager: (Atlanta based) with C#, .Net development skills

Currently looking for a Full-time QA Manager with development skills.   This individual will be responsible for testing the new platform (hardware and software) and fixing minor bugs that are found (level 2/3).  They will work with developers to manage the development and resolve more advanced technical problems.  They should have C# development skills.  This individual will be responsible for:

  • Windows MS Team Foundation Server(MS TFS) – maintenance and management
  • Testing plans and scenarios
  • Coordination of end users tests
  • Coordination of corrections to bugs and issues found
  • Skills: Microsoft TFS, Microsoft visual studio, C#, Silverlight 3 & 4, WCF, IIS, .Net 3.5 & 4 - Should have some development skills

Experience with Linux would also be a plus.

The company is a full service imaging and radiation service provider. They provide support and management services to practices interested in exploring imaging and/or radiation as an ancillary. They can assess the feasibility of the project both financially and clinically and provide interested groups with information that is critical to decision making. Viable projects are supported by the company in three areas: site development, management and financial support.
This company is 5 years old and growing, with 2 -3 new sites a year. 

About the CFO position:
The CFO will be responsible for overall financial policies, plans and accounting practices. The CFO provides effective strategic and financial leadership for the company to grow value responsibly, in a profitable and sustainable manner. Serving as the business partner with the CEO, V.P. of Development and Director of Operations, this individual provides the direction, leadership and management for all financial operations, control, internal audits, and facility administration. The CFO will be an experienced, business-minded financial leader who will bring strong expertise, balanced with significant expertise in financial operations including accounting, tax, treasury, budgeting and transactional skills. The Chief Financial Officer will function as a key member of the executive management team. This position is a corporate officer position and the successful individual will be expected to actively participate in, and prepare reports for the CEO and Board of Directors’ meetings.

Additional Experience required:

  • Prior experience in an early stage company with strong growth and success in a healthcare provider company is ideal.
  • This individual will be responsible for all accounting and financial related areas within the company.  There is a limited staff (2 AP/AR clerks currently who assist with journal entries). 
  • Experience with Peachtree Software (or similar accounting system) and Medicare / Medicaid.  Knowledge of Medicare / Medicaid will be critical for this position and dealing with other service providers.
  • Experience with debt structuring, as new facilities are opened will be important, as well as experience raising capital.
  • Strong management skills and the ability to work hands on creatig various deliverables for board and executive management team.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and CPA (active or inactive).
