Talent Continuum offers full life cycle recruitment services with a focus on finance, business intelligence and HR professional. Our standard fee is 25% of hire’s first year base salary.

QA/Quality Assurance Maanger: (Atlanta based) with C#, .Net development skills

Currently looking for a Full-time QA Manager with development skills. This individual will be responsible for testing the new platform (hardware and software) and fixing minor bugs that are found (level 2/3). They will work with developers to manage the development and resolve more advanced technical problems. They should have C# development skills. This individual will be responsible for:
- Windows MS Team Foundation Server(MS TFS) – maintenance and management
- Testing plans and scenarios
- Coordination of end users tests
- Coordination of corrections to bugs and issues found
- Skills: Microsoft TFS, Microsoft visual studio, C#, Silverlight 3 & 4, WCF, IIS, .Net 3.5 & 4 - Should have some development skills
- Experience with API’s used in VMware would be a bonus. (Could be MS, Citrix or other open source packages).
Experience with Linux would also be a plus.
Most of the work will be completed remotely, but there will be weekly meetings in Roswell and some travel (5 - 10%). Solutions Architect - Pre-Sales Engineer: (located in D.C. Area / Office in Bethesda, MD)
Partner with the Virtustream sales team to find the best solutions for our clients and help them gain an understanding of the benefits of cloud computing and virtualization. You will leverage your technical expertise to solve complex business challenges and drive sales. Solutions Architects participate in demonstrations, provide technical overviews of products and services, serve as technical advisors during implementations and establish and manage customer relationships.
To succeed, you must possess a solid understanding of Virtustream’s technologies and services, knowledge of technical protocols and architectures, excellent customer focus and a passion for selling. Required are:
• BS/MS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering and/or extensive work experience
• Technical pre-sales experience with track record of successful sales support in professional and managed services

About the Company: (Public Healthcare Provider)
The company is a full service imaging and radiation service provider. They provide support and management services to practices interested in exploring imaging and/or radiation as an ancillary. They can assess the feasibility of the project both financially and clinically and provide interested groups with information that is critical to decision making. Viable projects are supported by the company in three areas: site development, management and financial support.
This company is 5 years old and growing, with 2 -3 new sites a year.
About the CFO position:
The CFO will be responsible for overall financial policies, plans and accounting practices. The CFO provides effective strategic and financial leadership for the company to grow value responsibly, in a profitable and sustainable manner. Serving as the business partner with the CEO, V.P. of Development and Director of Operations, this individual provides the direction, leadership and management for all financial operations, control, internal audits, and facility administration. The CFO will be an experienced, business-minded financial leader who will bring strong expertise, balanced with significant expertise in financial operations including accounting, tax, treasury, budgeting and transactional skills. The Chief Financial Officer will function as a key member of the executive management team. This position is a corporate officer position and the successful individual will be expected to actively participate in, and prepare reports for the CEO and Board of Directors’ meetings.
Additional Experience required:
- Prior experience in an early stage company with strong growth and success in a healthcare provider company is ideal.
- This individual will be responsible for all accounting and financial related areas within the company. There is a limited staff (2 AP/AR clerks currently who assist with journal entries).
- Experience with Peachtree Software (or similar accounting system) and Medicare / Medicaid. Knowledge of Medicare / Medicaid will be critical for this position and dealing with other service providers.
- Experience with debt structuring, as new facilities are opened will be important, as well as experience raising capital.
- Strong management skills and the ability to work hands on creatig various deliverables for board and executive management team.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and CPA (active or inactive).

Responsibilities
Principal Accountabilities
Strategic Management
- Partner with the President and CEO on all operational and strategic issues as they arise; provide strategic recommendations to the President based on analysis and projections.
- Participate in the ongoing strategic planning process as an integral member of the senior leadership and development team.
- Engage all members of the senior leadership development team to align operational management with short and long-term planning and projections.
- Provide regular management reporting that will assist in guiding daily business.
- Analyze operating trends of each business line, identifying ways to streamline and grow operations.
Operations Management
- Create a consistent long-term plan for each revenue generator that supports the organization’s vision for continued growth and success. This may include expanding into other markets, located within the organization’s 50 county, to ensure continued mission growth.
- Oversee development of annual operating budgets for each revenue generator, while identifying strategies to meet the required objectives and hold team members accountable.
- Implement and lead a continuous quality improvement process throughout each revenue generator, focusing on systems and process improvement.
- Analyze data to ascertain how operations are performing with the ability to make calculated recommendations using data and trends when adjustments to the operating model are necessary
- Provide effective and inspiring leadership, as well as stewardship, to the organization by being actively involved in all operations. Promote regular and ongoing opportunities for all staff to give feedback regarding operations.
- Ability to identify appropriate levels of resources and talent needed to meet objectives, while developing a stream of future leaders so as to ensure the organization’s continued growth and constant success.
- Foster an environment that creates cross-functional teams spanning the entire organization to include support of administrative services team members.
Qualifications
The V.P. of Operations will be a seasoned and mature leader with at least 15-20 years of operating experience, 10 years of which must be in overseeing multiple retail entities across a wide geographic area. Experience gathering and evaluating information and making actionable recommendations to the senior leadership and development team is required for this position.
- Industry related Bachelors Degree plus 15+ years experience in a senior level position required.
- Masters Degree in related field highly desired.
- Mature and proactive with evidence of having worked as a true business partner to a chief executive or an executive vice president of a diverse, multi-location and network-based entity.
- Experience working with nonprofit entities to include board and/or leadership roles.
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into a simplified operational model.
- Ability to create an environment of respect, dignity and entrepreneurial spirit while constantly promoting the company’s vision, culture and mission both internally and externally.
