Talent Continuum was founded with the mission of providing high caliber full time employees or contractors that fit the culture and needs of each unique client.  Talent Continuum also provides a variety of HR services with a focus on business’ #1 human resource issue, attaining top talent and developing them to their full potential.  In addition to full cycle recruitment services, Talent Continuum can assist you with employee surveys, career development plans, employment reviews and coaching programs.

Leadership

Amy Evans brings more than 14 years of recruitment and human resource experience and leadership, with a proven track record of success in rapid growth, technology oriented companies including experience with Big 5, start-up and mid-size companies.  Prior to Talent Continuum, Amy was the Director of Recruiting and Staffing at Adjoined Consulting, which was acquired by Kanbay and is currently part of Capgemini Consulting.  At Adjoined Consulting, she was instrumental in growing the firm from 80 people in 2002 to over 500 in 2006, assisting with the development of an internal staffing system, as well as selecting and implementing a recruiting application that continues to be used today.  At CoreHarbor, an eprocurement services company, (now part of AT&T), Amy doubled the size of the company in six months, leading the recruiting and HR functions of this early stage technology company.  She began her recruiting career at Coopers & Lybrand in the Solutions Thur Technology division, which was acquired by PriceWaterhouse and is now part of IBM Consulting.  In her six years with C&L/PwC she received a number of promotions and awards for outstanding achievement in recruiting.  Her responsibilities included leading recruiting, staffing/resource management and HR functions of the rapidly growing partnership.  The practice grew from 30 to over 350 in 4 years, just prior to the PW acquisition.  The one theme in the various positions has been a focus on excellence, attracting the top talent and growing rapidly under aggressive deadlines.  Amy has served on the board of SEN, now part of TAG – SIG and is a current member of Georgia Coaches Association and High Tech Ministeries.  Her passion is to help both clients and candidates fulfill their long term goals of increasing shareholder value and enhancing personal knowledge and depth with the right opportunities and cultural matches.  Amy earned her Bachelor's degree (English and Communications) from the University of Connecticut in Storrs, Connecticut.
